"TollRoadPay"

This project was developed through a team competition called Usabilathon. Participants were tasked with creating an app that would encourage use of Express Lanes and provide correct product usage. Correct usage stems from onboarding, education of toll functions, and account management. Dubbed “TollRoadPlay”, this app prototypes more detailed alerts of toll payments, universal payment methods for different toll companies, quick account access, and proper onboarding of toll payments. Part of this onboarding is understanding the consequences of leaving tolls unpaid and providing solutions.
